Initial Payment

Required as an intake fee to be paid by the instigating party, such amount to be reduced from total costs and to include provision of s60I Certificate.
Hourly, or part thereof, for additional time required if Mediation is over schedule.

ADDITIONAL
Venue
We can normally offer a boardroom and a breakout room at offices in Camden, Picton and Narellan for use free of charge for our Mediations. If the Mediation is held at a charged venue, parties are to cover costs.
