Parenting OR Property Mediation
(includes intake sessions for both parties and issue of s601 certificate after Mediation if required)

Parenting AND Property Mediation

(includes intake sessions for both parties and issue of s 60I certificate after Mediation if required)

$1,650.00 per party

Initial Payment

Intake fee to be paid by the instigating party, such amount to be reduced from total fee if Mediation proceeds, and to include provision of s60I Certificate.

Hourly, or part thereof, for additional time required if Mediation runs longer than the times above

$247.50 per hour per party

Venue

We can normally offer a boardroom and a breakout room at offices in Camden, Picton, Narellan and Gregory Hills at no charge for our Mediations. If the Mediation is held at a charged venue, parties are to cover costs.
